2. Registration and enquiries
This site does not host live bidding. Enquiries are submitted in writing and answered by the sale room.
3. Description of lots and condition
Lots are described and condition-graded in good faith. Photographs are indicative; buyers are invited to view the lot before the sale.
4. Estimates and reserves
Estimates are given on request. Reserve prices are never published.
5. Hammer price, buyer's premium and taxes
The hammer price is stated in Hong Kong dollars. Premium and applicable taxes are added to the hammer price.
6. Payment and collection
Payment terms, accepted currencies and collection arrangements are set out in the signed conditions of sale.
7. Export and shipping
Export formalities out of the Hong Kong SAR are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Governing law
The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region apply. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
