About the Work
STICKYMONGER — GIRL WITH BUBBLE
A small seated female character wears a saturated magenta hooded outfit and holds a spray can close to her body. Her dark bob, simplified facial features and compact kneeling pose give the sculpture the graphic economy of an animated figure, while the can introduces an explicit street-art reference. The glossy, brightly coloured surface makes the object read immediately as a designer collectible. The combination of youthful character design and graffiti-related accessory connects the piece to the broader crossover between illustration, urban culture and limited-edition toy production, with the restrained pose providing a quieter counterpoint to the vivid colour.
